Brides-To-Be.

I've always loved weddings and wedding blogs. I never really thought about planning my own wedding, but after recently getting engaged to my very own prince charming, I realized this wedding thing is a whole lot harder than I thought it would be! I, like many of my friends and you all out there, am a Recessionista Bride! I'm having a BIG wedding, 325+, but I'm on a budget! Every day, from now until the day I walk down the aisle, I'm going to search out the best real life weddings, bridal venue ideas, styles, themes, dresses, accessories and more all with one theme in mind, Recessionista Chic! Any ideas and contributions are welcome and oh-so appreciated.

Today I thought I'd start with a few Save-The-Date ideas. I'm contemplating a "Kitschy Key West Wedding" and I thought a really unique, fun idea would be to have a friend who's a graphic artist, http://www.mispersonality.blogspot.com/, make a vintage Florida post card into a modern-day Save-The-Date! Here is a post card I thought would be fun to personalize, and a Save-The-Date at a price I love, from a Tampa printer called The Green Kangaroo, http://www.tgkdesigns.com/.
